Is Polygamy part of GBV?

I would say Yes  and No
No because at the beginning Polygamy is explained and entered into a contract.
What does the contract consists of:

1.The Senior  Wife or the first Wife is told before hand.
2.The Senior Wife must agree willingly and
all the doubts, opinions and questions 
should be answered satisfactory.

That does not agree a guarantee that the
things agreed to will be adhered to.
Usually the finances are the bone of contention because the finances must
satisfy  the wives.

Polygamy may cause GBV.
The action and reaction of the partner may
Abuse the wife or vice versa the husband
might be abused.
The following are the types of Abuse:
1.Too much demanding money.
2.Too much demanding material things like expensive clothes, shoes,perfumes etc.
3.To apply anything which can you "Feel"
the Pain do that he or she can be released
from the existing Hell.

1.The Aim is to breakdown the Partner.
2.To be isolated from the other Partner.
3.You must have enough stress.
4.Ultimate you die or varnish.

Conclusion 
Nowadays very few People who candle
Polygamy.

Why GBV is not addressed properly

GBV is not addressed  properly because  there  are: -people who who don't  care about it. -it is only used when they want to mobilize People. -subdued  in other  countries. -misused  purposefully  -the Advocates don't  have resources. People who don't  care  much about it To other people is the forgotten   subject  it resurfaces  at the particular time. It is only used when they want to mobilize People We don't see the marches throughout  the whole year. Subdued in other  countries  There are literally "quiet" countries  in GBV as if it  GBV doesn't  happen. Misused purposefully  Some of these GBV marches are for unifying the people  for another purpose.
