Why GBV is not addressed properly

GBV is not addressed  properly because  there  are:
-people who who don't  care about it.
-it is only used when they want to mobilize
People.
-subdued  in other  countries.
-misused  purposefully 
-the Advocates don't  have resources.

People who don't  care  much about it
To other people is the forgotten   subject  it resurfaces  at the particular time.

It is only used when they want to mobilize
People
We don't see the marches throughout  the
whole year.

Subdued in other  countries 
There are literally "quiet" countries  in GBV
as if it  GBV doesn't  happen.

Misused purposefully 
Some of these GBV marches are for unifying the people  for another purpose.

The Advocates  don't  have resources. 
There are  minimum   offices and NGO's
So,the issue of GBV is not thoroughly 
addressed
